Learn.
Students learn key methods of strength, endurance and flexibility training while developing correct exercise technique. All of which will prevent injury, improve their body mechanics, and optimize results! They also learn the essentials of nutrition and how to apply them to their fitness goals.

Engage.
Real results only happen with accountability! Students get to reap the benefits of personal training and specialized attention in a semi-private setting (2-3 Individuals). Coach Jessica is very engaging and helps students with common goals to work together on achieving results! Each student comes out of this program with greater confidence, especially as their strength and training skills continue to grow.

Implement.
Whether they’re a student athlete training for compeition, or new to the gym in learning how to exercise and eat right, each session will be tailored to their needs and will challenge them both physically and mentally. Much like personal training, Jessica works hard to provide accountability to both you and your teens so that they successfully grow, reach results, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Our Services
Semi-private Teen Strength training
Semi-Private Teen Strength Training is for the student who is new to fitness or strength training, and wants to build coordination, strength, confidence, and athleticism in a supportive, group of 2-3 students. With a focus on proper form, injury prevention, and age-appropriate progressions, teens work under the guidance of a certified coach. Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, strength and conditioning exercises tailored to individual goals and abilities, and a cooldown with mobility work. Included are monthly assessments, meal plans, and accountability from Coach Jessica.

Private personal training
Private Personal Training is highly individualized, allowing Coach Jessica to focus specifically on a student’s unique goals, strengths, and areas for improvement. Through assessments and on-on-one attention, the coach can identify and address muscle imbalances, movement deficiencies, and technique flaws that may limit performance or increase injury risk. Each session is tailored to the student’s needs and their developmental level, ensuring that the training plan directly supports their personal progress and long-term success.
