With private training, each client experiences another level of accountability, and is fully engaged as Jessica takes a fun and dynamic approach to educate, motivate and guide every client, every workout. Jessica’s training style incorporates various techniques including functional resistance training, calisthenics, high intensity interval training, mobility and corrective exercise. She avoids sticking to a specific style in order to keep workouts exciting and fresh but also takes a careful approach to address and meet your individual needs!

  • Includes an InBody scan every 4-6 weeks to track progress and modify program as needed

  • 1 Hour One-on-one sessions limited to 2-4 individuals
