Meet the founder Jessica Rice
Jessica is an NASM certified personal trainer and fitness educator with over 10 years of professional experience in the sports and fitness industry. Prior to her career, she was awarded a scholarship to play on the Azusa Pacific Women’s basketball team and earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Exercise Science. Upon graduation, she continued as a basketball coach, programs coordinator for the YMCA, and a personal trainer. She has helped a large population of people, from young athletes, to prenatal/postnatal women, corporate professionals and elderly adults.
Jessica is known for her genuine personality and her fun and innovative ways to get people moving. She successfully engages, educates, and motivates each individual to reach for more!
What We offer
We offer fun, dynamic programs that transform bodies, enhance performance, and build character and confidence. Our mission is to empower both our youth and adults, equipping them with a dynamic, healthy lifestyle that is always challenging, changing and growing.
Private Personal Training
50-Minute Sessions and 30-Minute sessions tailored to client’s individual goals and needs
Includes Inbody Scan, posture and movement assessments every 3-6 weeks to track progress and modify program as needed
Includes personalized meal plans and nutrition accountability
Adult Private & Semi-Private Training
Teen Training (Junior High & High School)
Youth Health and Fitness Programs
1 hour small group sessions
Students experience the fun in fitness while they learn fundamental movement skills, healthy eating habits, how to prevent injury, and how to adapt to a healthy lifestyle.
Class curriculum aligned with Common Core State Standards and students receive additional accountability through weekly homework assignments

Sports Performance Training
1 hour small group training sessions
Performance training designed to enhance overall athleticism by
developing strength, speed and agility
Athletes are placed in specific classes based on age and training experience, to ensure that each athlete is challenged appropriately
